Round Corners Vs. Square Corners

When selecting a cutting board, one of the key design elements to consider is the corner type. The two options available are rounded over corners and square corners. Each style offers distinct aesthetic and functional characteristics that cater to different preferences and uses.

On the other hand, square corners maintain a sharp 90-degree angle. This contemporary design has gained popularity, particularly in modern kitchen environments. Additionally, square corners can provide a larger surface area for cutting, without a juice groove, which may be advantageous for certain culinary tasks.
