Return Policy

RETURN POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your Deer Park Woodwork online purchases, we will accept returns of new and unused products within 10 days from the date you received your order. Once the order is received we will issue a full refund. 

Orders can only be cancelled up to 24hrs after they are placed.

Our lead times are not a guarantee, and they may fluctuate during different times of the year. We need to know of any rush orders as soon as the order is placed.

Items that are Exchange ONLY:

  • Cutting Boards
  • Butcher Blocks
  • Charcuterie Boards

Final Sale Items / Non Refundable:

  • Lucky Dip Cutting Boards
  • Boards that have custom engravings
  • Anything labeled "SALE"

Goods that are shipped should be inspected within 24 hours of delivery. 

International Shipping Policy:

Deer Park Woodwork is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
